The Hammer Award is now updated with 2009 records for the Atlanta Erg Sprints.  Those are the times to beat in 2010!

The Atlanta Erg Sprint Staff will be ready to begin processing check-in's and allowing entrants upstairs at 8:30am

The first race tomorrow is at 9am.  Race ergs are reserved for those who are about to race.  Once the race system is set up, the 9am competitors may use the race ergs to warm up at 8:50am.   There are also warm up ergs available.  Please be courteous and allow competitors who are racing before you use the warm up ergs before you.

An updated schedule has been posted and is based on our current entries. This schedule is subject to changes on race day. Please be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your race time scheduled below. Competitors will find an Erg Assignment list posted on the day of the event with flight and erg assignments. Erg Assignments and flights will also be listed in coaches packets.

Weigh-in / Check-in opens at 8:30 am and are open up to 30 minutes prior to your race. Please note that absolutely no additions are allowed 1 hour prior to the official race time. Coxswains do not have to weigh-in.

If you are an individual please check in 30 minutes prior to your race. If you are a part of your team - please have your coach or head representative check in for all members.

Registration for the 2010 Atlanta Erg Sprints will open in January of 2010.

In the spirit of Valentines Day, the Georgia Tech Crew Team will be selling single roses at Erg Sprints this year at a modest price.  So plan on knocking out some Valentines Day shopping while supporting the team!

The Registration links to the left will close at 11:59pm on Monday February 9th.  Waivers and checks must be postmarked by Monday February 9th or there will be a $1 late fee charged per waiver.

If you believe that your team will register you, please do not fill out the individual registration form.  Our system is very automated and we would like to avoid duplicates that have to be manually removed.

Any group over 1 person in size can be considered a team and can use the team registration form.  There are no real requirements to be a team other than you will have one contact for the whole group who handles registration. 

Team Relay sign-ups occur on race day at the registration table.

Raffle- Win a Brand New Concept 2 Erg

Recently, the Georgia Tech Crew trailer was involved in a very bad accident which resulted in the destruction of approximately $250,000 worth of equipment. We're looking for help to restore what was lost. For more information about the accident, you can see the GT Crew Alumni website.

Enter yourself into a raffle for a brand new erg from Concept 2, the world's leader in rowing machines. This brand new, Model E indoor rower is the top of the line model with PM4 and is normally sold for over $1200. Tickets are $5 and will be sold at the Atlanta Erg Sprints and available via email. The winner will be announced at the end of Atlanta Erg Sprints on February 14, 2009.
